Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure pre- and post- onboarding documentation for field team is complete.
  • Maintain record for field team and analyze recruitment needs – state and city wise.
  • Follow-up with Accounts Department for timely salary disbursement of field teams.
  • Ensure Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESAT) is done after every project.
  • Ensure grievance policy is shared to field team weekly and necessary action is taken to address employee grievances.
  • Ensure processing and approval of employee increment as per company policy.
  • Oversee Asset Management (Phone/Tablet data).
  • Assist in recruitment of field team.
  • Assist in aligning work to onboarded field team by giving them necessary authority letters, assets, etc for training and live field work.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of project plans for assigned zones throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Be SPOC for co-ordination of the field team with head office (HO) for training and grievance purpose
  • Send payment details via email to surveyors after every project.
  • Maintain and update work-related records of the field team in HR database to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Accurately updating of field team details in HR MIS portal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (at least 60% in all educational qualifications).
  • Ability to manage documentation, track data, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising between field teams and head office.
  • Ability to handle grievances professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure as required in media business.
