Job Description

As an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Executive, your role will involve playing a key part in identifying and attracting top talent, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring the organization meets its staffing needs efficiently. You will need to have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. - Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates and screen resumes to shortlist qualified individuals. - Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Understand job requirements and team needs to identify and hire the right candidates. - Job Postings: Create and post job listings on different platforms with clear and appealing descriptions. - Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for a positive experience. - Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have necessary tools for a successful start. - Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment strategy effectiveness. Requirements: - Experience: 3-5 years proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Skills & Abilities: - Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. - Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
