Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Oversee the Background Verification process through third-party agencies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
  • Lead Performance Management and Talent Development programs for the business.
  • Collaborate with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues fairly, balancing interests of all parties.
  • Provide compensation support, including salary planning, approvals of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.
  • Prepare HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition, and HR dashboards.
  • Manage payroll inputs for respective business lines.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and organizational policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills.
