Job Description

Position:

Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Support smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Support in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.).

Employee Engagement & Support

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support managers in implementing HR initiatives and policies.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliance.
Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS and reports.

Requirements

Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR experience preferred
(Freshers with strong communication & interpersonal skills may also apply).
Male candidates preferred.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
