Job: HR Executive Location: Mahalakshmi, Mumbai Reports to: Lead HR Job Summary: The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team by handling key responsibilities in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Key Areas: 1. Talent Acquisition : Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating on-boarding activities. Maintain job postings on career portals, company websites, and social media platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job descriptions. Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required. Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements. 2. HR Operations : Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, including personnel files and HR databases. Support the payroll process by providing necessary inputs and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and other entitlements. Prepare HR reports and metrics as required by the Lead HR. 3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling : Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and appropriate resolutions. Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and analysing feedback. Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations during grievance handling. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while addressing employee concerns. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors Degree in BBA/HR 2. 0-1 years of experience in similar fields (internship experience included) Any relevant certifications are a plus
