Campaign Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a Campaign Executive to manage and execute marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CleverTap, Gupshup, or similar CRM tools and a strong marketing mindset to drive creative and effective engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications) to drive user engagement. Utilize CleverTap, Gupshup, or other CRM tools to set up, track, and optimize campaigns. Create and manage customer journeys and chatbots to enhance communication effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on key metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and audience needs. Ensure timely execution of campaigns with a focus on personalization and automation. Requirements: 0 - 1.5 years of experience in campaign execution and customer engagement. Educational background in marketing or a related field. Hands-on experience with CleverTap, Gupshup, or similar CRM platforms is a plus. Strong marketing perspective with the ability to think creatively while executing campaigns. Basic analytical skills & strong excel skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
