Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new hires, maintain employee records, update HR databases, handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits, organize employee engagement activities and events, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and generate HR reports as needed. - Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews. - Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new hires. - Maintain employee records and update HR databases. - Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. - Generate HR reports as and when required. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3 years of experience in an HR role. - Good understanding of HR functions and best practices. - Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle data with confidentiality.,
