Job Description:
Deorwine Infotech is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to join our Human Resource team. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing various HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, and supporting the overall well-being of our employees.
Responsibilities:
1.) Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
2.) Support the onboarding process for ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
3.) Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
4.) Lead the development of comprehensive training materials and resources.
5.) Maintaining Candidate records and ensuring data accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
