Human Resource Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain employee records and personal files Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination Draft and implement company policies, code of conduct, and HR SOPs Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment Plan and organize employee engagement and motivation activities 2. Training & Development: Identify training needs across departments Organize and conduct orientation programs for new employees Coordinate skill development and soft skills training sessions Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records Train team members on discipline, workplace behavior, and communication 3. Operational Coordination: Help in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Monitor and ensure discipline and efficiency within departments Act as a communication bridge between management and staff Assist in daily workflow planning and performance tracking Support operations and process improvements in the workplace
