Job Description

You are an experienced and confident HR Executive (Male) sought after to join our team at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. With a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including team handling and recruitment. Your key responsibilities will include handling the recruitment process, managing onboarding and exit formalities, addressing employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Moreover, you will be leading and managing a small team of recruiters or HR assistants, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating training and development activities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office and HR tools, and knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
