Job Description

As an HR Executive at our company, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. Your role will involve handling recruitment cycles, managing onboarding and induction processes, overseeing employee training programs, maintaining HR-related documentation, monitoring attendance and leave records, ensuring timely communication with employees, managing the exit process, assisting in business-related HR planning, and supporting management in implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and finalising hires. - Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees to ensure smooth integration. - Oversee employee training programs in collaboration with department heads. - Maintain and organise all HR-related documentation such as offers, contracts, employee records, and compliance. - Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and HRM systems. - Ensure timely communication and resolution of employee queries. - Manage the exit process, including clearances, feedback, and full & final settlement. - Assist in business-related HR planning, focusing on cost-effective recruitment and workforce management aligned with company budgets. - Support management in the implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. - Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. - Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HRM tools, and compliance. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
