Key responsibilities

  • Human Resources:
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Facilities Management:
  • Ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance.
  • Manage space planning, office moves, and renovations in collaboration with other departments.
  • Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.
  • Strategy and Operations:
  • Align HR and facilities strategies to support overall business goals.
  • Track and report on HR and facility metrics to support decision-making.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,590.55 - ₹24,071.35 per month
