Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and create detailed job descriptions Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding Build relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery of mandates Support in employer branding and candidate engagement initiative
