Job Title: Human Resources Executive Location: Mumbai Experience: 3–6+ years in HR within an international matrix organization Industry: Aviation Role Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and organizational planning. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills to drive performance, ensure legal compliance, and support talent development across regions.
