To work towards providing timely and job specific recruitment in line with JD
To work with internal team members to prepare JD
To prepare manpower budget, conduct performance reviews and coordinate with TD for capacity planning to meet business plan and orders from Customers.
To work towards talent management, learning and development of team
To align Human Resource and Administration related activities in line with Business and Market requirements .
Responsible for Manpower planning for the plant to meet customer requirements Responsible for regular monitoring and reporting on the open action status for HRM and Admin related jobs.
Responsible to work very closely with entire plant and support the team for learning and development related activities
Responsible for time to time updation and reporting to the team
Responsible for working team and define skills and competencies for all and prepare a schedule for training and development
Responsible to conduct Human skill related trainings
Responsible to prepare budget for the year in terms of Capex and Opex requirements Responsible to generate & monitor policies, procedures, instructions and check list to meet business, legal and other requirements
Responsible to align resources to for new ventures and or product planning for HRM Responsible to ensure adherence to system and legal requirements and coordinate with Local and Regional offices for effectiveness
Responsible for value engineering for Human capital
Responsible to prepare learning and development of team within the plant.
Responsible to prepare MIS and take part in Continual Improvement Initiatives
Responsible to ensure continual enhancement of Human capital
Qualification : Good knowledge of HRM, Payroll Management, Performance Management Ability to understand Business and Customer requirements
Good knowledge of current digital aspects including ERP and other relevant software and application to support Learning and development
Good understanding about System certification like ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and TS 16949 Good understanding about optimum resource utilization
Other Technical/ Bachelor Degree with Specialization in HRM
Professional Qualification :
Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015, TS 16949, ISO 14001, Goal setting and policy deployment Experience : 8 to 10 years of total experience and 5 years of relevant experience
Skill Sets & Competencies : Understanding about the requirements for Manufacturing and Business Processes Good analytical and reasoning skills Compute literacy and knowledge of ERP package Good Team Leader Special Skills Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills
