Job Description: Senior HR Executive – Training & Development Focus
- Lead and coordinate Training & Development programs for new and existing employees.
- Deliver structured sessions on Product Knowledge, Customer Handling, Presentation Skills, and Techno-Commercial Understanding.
- Assign practical exercises/quotations to enhance learning and field readiness.
- Support Onboarding by conducting inductions and issuing ID cards, visiting cards, marketing kits, and brochures.
- Collaborate on performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted development plans.
- Identify recruitment needs by analyzing organizational plans and workforce goals.
- Build a strong applicant pipeline via colleges, agencies, recruiters, media, and job portals.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on relevant criteria such as skills, experience, and location.
- Engage with candidates, schedule interviews, and manage feedback.
- Handle salary discussions and ensure a smooth Onboarding for selected candidates.
