As an HR Executive for High-End Electronic Equipment, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates using job portals, databases, and postings. - Draft job descriptions and obtain approvals from concerned managers. - Shortlist profiles, schedule interviews, and ensure timely closure of positions. - Conduct offer negotiations, release offer letters, and follow up until joining. - Manage smooth onboarding processes and maintain hiring MIS & HR dashboard. - Organize monthly grievance redressal meetings and lead employee engagement activities. - Develop and implement company-specific HR policies. - Oversee attendance, employee relations, and reward & recognition programs. - Provide support for employee orientation, training, and development initiatives. For this role, the qualifications and skills required are: - Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred). - Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. - Openness to change, self-driven, and proactive in handling responsibilities. - Previous experience in HR, preferably in the Non-IT industry.
