Job Title: HR ExecutiveResponsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements and company policies. Coordinate training and development programs. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
Ensure compliance with PMS, labor laws such as PF, ESI, and labor welfare schemes.
