Customer Support

Roles & Responsibility:

Responsible for ensuring that all customers inquiries are handled on timely manner.

Directly deals with customers face-to-face, or by telephone, handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.

Candidates should handle stocks related queries on Calls, Chat and Email.

Handle clerical duties which includes courier work, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departments.

Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.

Qualification:

Bachelor s or Master degree in any field.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in Securities Broking Firm/ Stock Trading Firm.

Required skills:

Good Communication and Convincing Skill

Languages known - English, Hindi, Gujarati

Candidate must have a basic knowledge of computer, MS Office, outlook etc.
