Talent Acquisition

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Maintaining updates /reporting on platform

• Employee Relations:

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

• Talent Management:

• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
• Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

• HR Operations:

• Support HR operations including benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to implement HR programs and initiatives.

• Data Management and Reporting:

• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
