HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Blue Collar Hiring
End-to-end recruitment of manpower for construction sites, ensuring timely deployment.
Construction Industry Hiring
– Must have experience in handling bulk recruitment specific to the construction sector.
Labour Grievances Management
– Address and resolve daily grievances of site labourers to maintain a productive work environment.
Payroll Management
– Manage attendance, wages, and payroll processing for both site and HO staff.
Compliance Management
– Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and other legal requirements.
General HR Activities
– Oversee onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and HR record management.
Site HR Management
– Regular coordination with multiple sites to handle manpower allocation, HR operations, and issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
3 - 7 years of experience in HR, specifically in the
construction industry
.
Strong knowledge of
labour laws, compliance, and payroll systems
.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and handle blue-collar workforce effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with strict discipline in grievance handling.

Compensation:

Salary Range:
4.25 LPA - 5.50 LPA
, commensurate with experience and skills.
