Job Description

Job Summary:

Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare
2D and 3D drawings
for Plumbing, Drainage, Water Supply, and Fire Fighting systems using
AutoCAD
.
Create and modify
BIM (Building Information Modeling)
based construction drawings and layouts.
Collaborate with design engineers, site engineers, and consultants for
drawing development and revisions
.
Ensure all drawings are in line with
project requirements, local codes, and company standards
.
knowledge of Navisworks would be considered as a plus.
Maintain a record of revisions and updates of drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to take measurements and understand actual site conditions when required.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure
timely delivery
of drawings and documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Draughtsmanship / Mechanical.
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in
MEP
projects.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
is mandatory. Knowledge of
Revit MEP
/ BIM software and Navisworks is an added advantage.
Good understanding of Plumbing and Firefighting and HVAC systems, including layouts and detailing.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective communication and coordination skills with technical teams and clients.
