Reporting to: HR Head
Experience: Relevant experience in HR (Recruitment, Operations)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for open positions.
Source potential candidates through various channels, such as online portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc
and any other HR related work
