Job Title: Software Engineer (Solution Architect) Location: Kundahalli, Bengaluru Work Mode: Work from Office Industry: FMCG; one of the biggest brands in Food & Beverage Industry. Position: 1 Function: Technology Reporting to: CTO About the Role: Seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join the growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our business operations and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions that drive our business forward. Roles and Responsibilities: Solution architect who can design and develop software applications that meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define software requirements. Analyze and improve existing software applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues efficiently. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development practices. Knowledge/experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Django) is an added advantage. Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is important. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) & Data Engineering technology is important Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Pre-requisites for the Role: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, from a leading engineering college in India. Work Experience of 1 – 3 years in a reputed firm (FMCG preferred, but not mandatory) as a cross-technology solutions architect. Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python. Medium to high proficiency in AI tech stack (TensorFlow, LLMs, conversational AI etc.) as well as data processing frameworks. Experience with AI and ML platforms such as Google AI Platform, AWS SageMaker, or Microsoft Azure AI services.
