Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team as an HR Recruiter and Generalist. This role combines end-to-end recruitment responsibilities with core HR generalist functions, ensuring that we attract top talent while also managing employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and campus drives.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers.

HR Generalist Functions

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Oversee compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Assist in payroll inputs and HR-related documentation.

Qualificati ons & Skills

3 - 8 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.

Work Conditions:

Full-time role with standard office hours (may require flexibility during recruitment drives).
Collaboration with internal stakeholders across departments.
