Job Summary:

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for healthcare/medical process roles (RCM, AR calling, coding, billing, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company standards
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and update trackers regularly
Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates
Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets as per business needs
Maintain compliance with hiring and documentation processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of recruitment experience in the
medical/healthcare industry
Experience in hiring for roles like
AR callers, Medical Coders, Billing Executives
, etc.
Strong sourcing and screening skills using various job portals and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Must be able to
