Job Description

Job responsibilities :

A. Human Resource Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process — job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files.
  • Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions (EPF, ESI, TDS), and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.
  • Conduct induction programs, maintain employee engagement, and monitor performance appraisals.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure a healthy work culture.
  • Coordinate training and development sessions for staff and trainers.

B. Operations Management

  • Manage daily operations of training centers, including scheduling, logistics, and support functions.
  • Coordinate with departments (academic, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Supervise infrastructure management — classrooms, labs, and administrative facilities.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and maintain inventory records.
  • Prepare operational reports, MIS, and track performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents, invoices, and records to partnering institutions (e.g., MSME TC Ludhiana, YCMOU, etc.).
  • Support project implementation as per SLA and monitor compliance.
  • Liaise with vendors, training partners, and government departments as required.

C. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, institutional regulations, and internal quality frameworks.
  • Maintain HRMS records, documentation for audits, and staff verification.
  • Handle center inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation.
  • Manage student and faculty attendance systems, ID cards, and safety protocols.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and provide timely support.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
