Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
o Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new hires are properly integrated into the organization.
• Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. o Provide support in resolving workplace issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner. o Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Training & Development:
o Assist in the planning and coordination of training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
o Track training compliance and ensure employees are receiving the necessary training as per company policy.
• HR Compliance & Administration:
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, training records, and attendance reports.
o Assist in the preparation and filing of required reports for regulatory compliance.
• Benefits & Compensation:
o Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits changes, and answering employee inquiries.
o Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate employee information is provided to the payroll department.
• HR Projects & Initiatives:
o Participate in special HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts, employee recognition programs, and policy updates.
