Responsibilities will primarily include managing HR recruitment, people engagement activities as well as assisting in all aspects of the HR function within the organization. Position Reports toManager HRRole & Responsibility

• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Assist in the recruitment process by creating job postings, screening resumes and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and fill vacant positions.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries.
• Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate the onboarding process.

• HR Administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department to ensure efficient and effective HR operations
• Respond to general HR inquiries and provide information and assistance to employees as needed.

• Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and assist in planning and organizing company events.
• Birthday and Work Anniversary celebrations

Skill/Competencies required

• Experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of best recruitment practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on HR trends and changes in regulations.

Education Qualification

• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience/Fresher
• 0-3 years experience with 1-2 years relevant experience
