HR Executive (1-2 Years Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to handle basic financial tasks. The ideal candidate will handle our HR operations and assist with payroll, budgeting, or other finance-related functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll processing and basic financial record-keeping
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs
• Handle employee queries and communication professionally
• Support compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Collaborate with finance team for budgeting and expense tracking related to HR

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of financial principles and experience handling payroll or related tasks
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR software/tools

Shift Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Dattagalli, Mysore, Karnataka.
