Role Overview: As an HR Generalist at our company in Dharampur, Gujarat, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 150 members. Your role will involve talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, employee engagement, HR compliance, performance management, training & development, and internal communication. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding - Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures - Build a local talent pipeline through job portals, references, and local hiring drives - Oversee joining formalities, background verification, confirmation process, and employee exits - Conduct structured inductions and facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees - Drive initiatives to boost morale and employee satisfaction - Resolve employee concerns with professionalism and empathy - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies - Assist in goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisals - Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs - Ensure effective communication between management and employees - Prepare and circulate HR updates, notices, and reports Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi - Experience managing large teams of 100+ members - Hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment - Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced, people-driven environment Additional Company Details: This role offers a stable, full-time opportunity for individuals committed to long-term growth.
