As an HR Generalist at our company located in Dharampur, Gujarat, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 150 members from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Your primary role will involve utilizing your prior experience in a stable HR position to exhibit strong communication and people management skills. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing Talent Acquisition & Recruitment processes, which encompass handling end-to-end recruitment for various roles, coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs, and building a local talent pipeline through different channels. Additionally, you will manage Employee Life Cycle processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, induction, and exits, while also taking charge of Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for HR Compliance & Documentation by maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and supporting audits. In Performance Management, you will assist in goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and facilitating feedback sessions. Your role will also involve identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs for employee development, as well as ensuring effective Internal Communication between management and employees.
