About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a department, ensuring high data quality and driving process improvements. This role blends administrative excellence with innovation and collaboration.

What you will do:

Manage departmental administrative processes and procedures.
Coordinate meetings, events, and project activities.
Maintain asset tagging and inventory.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Keep records, minutes, and databases accurate and up-to-date.
Generate reports and handle correspondence.
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Assist in policy development and implementation.
Act as SPOC for "Fun at Work" and coordinate engagement initiatives.
Drive follow-ups and reporting for leadership meetings.

Strong planning, organizing, and collaboration skills.
High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
Experience in event coordination, project management, and customer experience.
