As a Data/Information Mgt Analyst 2 at Citi, you will play a crucial role in the People Analytics & Insights (PAI) team by focusing on reporting, data management, adhoc analysis, stakeholder management, project management, and dashboard creation. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, maintaining, and delivering recurring and ad-hoc reports with accuracy, consistency, and timelines. - Partnering internally within PAI team members to understand reporting needs and provide effective data solutions. - Performing Dashboard Validations in Tableau and collaborating with PAI Data Science team to validate and test HR dashboards for accuracy, usability, and business relevance. - Focusing on continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance data visualization, and improve the overall reporting experience. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and timely issue resolution. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 8-12 years of experience in handling data in a corporate environment, with HR Data & Reporting experience being a plus. - Advanced level expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot, tables, data analysis, conditional formatting, dashboard creation, etc.) & PowerPoint. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data insights clearly. - Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or SharePoint site is an added advantage. - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets and multiple data sources. - Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently. - In-depth data analysis skills to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making for business objectives. - Experience in managing senior stakeholders and driving consensus at leadership levels.
