Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters in candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for recruitment metrics.
  • Handle interview scheduling, calendar management, and communication with candidates.
  • Ensure timely documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with internal hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and update job postings across portals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing efforts with business needs.
  • Assist with recruitment events, hiring drives, and ad-hoc HR coordination tasks.
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or HR operations.
  • Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and familiarity with ATS tools.
  • Strong expertise in Excel reporting, data tracking, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
