Job Title: HR Coordinator – BPO Hiring

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 1 – 1.5 years
Industry: BPO / ITES

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with experience in BPO hiring. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for voice, non-voice, and chat support positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles.
  • Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in BPO hiring.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with sourcing tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: As per market standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,027.55 - ₹28,000.00 per month
