About Us:

AcolyteLiving.com is a fast-growing London-based student accommodation venture by Acolyte Group (India). We help Indian students find reliable, secure, and affordable housing options in London by partnering with 1000+ verified accommodation providers.

We are now building a Remote Sales Team of 700+ Business Managers across India, and hiring an HR & Business Coordinator in our Jaipur office to lead, manage, and scale this operation.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and coordinating with hundreds of Remote Business Managers who will generate bookings for UK-based student accommodation. Your role combines HR Operations, Remote Team Management, and Sales Coordination.

This is a mission-critical, leadership-linked role ideal for someone who wants to grow fast in a startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and onboard remote candidates for Business Manager role
• Create and manage onboarding kits, NDAs, SOPs, training videos, performance dashboards
• Track and monitor booking leads generated by remote staff
• Act as the communication bridge between remote team and UK accommodation partners
• Maintain MIS reports, incentive tracker, and team-wise performance updates
• Coordinate with digital marketing and senior management team for daily goals
• Suggest performance improvements and reporting automation tools

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in HR recruitment or team operations (1–3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp automation, or CRM tools is a plus
• Must be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with team leadership responsibilities

Salary & Perks: Annual CTC - Starts from 4.20 Lacs

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)
