Job Title: HR Consultant Location: Gurugram Work Mode: 5 Days Working | 1 Day Work from Home CTC: Up to 2,75,000 per annum Experience Required: 1 to 2.5 years About Tata 1mg: Tata 1mg is one of Indias leading digital healthcare platforms, committed to making healthcare accessible, understandable, and affordable. Join our dynamic team and contribute to reshaping healthcare delivery in India. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Consultant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR operations and a keen interest in supporting end-to-end HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate employee records Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires Coordinate with internal teams for various HR initiatives and compliance Assist in performance management and employee engagement programs Handle employee queries and support HR documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–2.5 years of relevant HR experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS systems is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
