Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated HR Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development, to help foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Provide support in organizing training and development programs. Conduct market research to benchmark HR practices and suggest improvements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of HR concepts and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
