Role & responsibilities

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and ensure the integrity of our background verification process!

Role Highlights:

Audit and validate company reports for recruitment purposes
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain BGV process excellence
Investigate discrepancies and provide resolution guidance to candidates
Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous process improvements

What You'll Do:

Gather objective information to identify potential risks

Work on background verification processes and auditing activities

Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
