Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team at ZS Associates {India} Pvt Ltd, with 5-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance on compliance and risk management best practices.
Monitor and report on compliance and risk management metrics and performance.
Ensure timely completion of all compliance and risk management tasks and projects.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management principles and practices.
