About The Role

Segula Technologies is inviting

enthusiastic female MBA freshers

to join our dynamic team as

HRBP Interns

in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on exposure to HR Business Partnering
  • Opportunities to work on live HR projects
  • A pathway to transition into a full-time HRBP role based on performance
  • Partner with HRBPs in delivering HR services across business units
  • Support onboarding, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives
  • Conduct client site visits for engagement activities (feedback sessions, events, well-being drives)
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use
  • Contribute to HR policy reviews and ensure compliance

Stipend & Opportunity

  • Stipend offered during the internship.
  • Successful interns will be converted to Permanent role with Segula

Qualifications

Qualifications:

MBA / PG in Human Resources (Freshers encouraged to apply)
