Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic HR Executive to support our Early Life Intervention (ELI) Project, designed to ensure holistic engagement of new hires between 0-90 days .The ideal candidate will be a people-focused HR professional with strong communication skills ( Verbal & Written), sound knowledge of HR policies and processes and know the employee life cycle in BPO set up.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Have exposure to HR Business partner role
3. Well aware of employee life cycle in BPO set up
4. Sound knowledge of Policies and procedures.
5. Knows MS Excel & MS power point, Canva etc.
