Job Description

As the Plant HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our company located in Phulgaon, near Pune, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions at the plant level. Reporting to the Plant Manager and Director HR India, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with corporate policies and objectives. Your main goal will be to drive people strategies that meet operational goals, cultivate a positive work environment, ensure legal compliance, and enhance operational excellence through effective talent management. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the execution of HR programs and processes to enhance employee engagement, performance, and productivity. - Providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, compensation, and benefits. - Overseeing recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the plant is staffed with high-performing employees. - Conducting orientation and training programs for new hires to facilitate their integration into the company culture. - Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies while addressing employee relations issues. - Collaborating with management to implement performance management and employee development initiatives. - Analyzing HR metrics and trends to make informed strategic decisions. - Partnering with the EHS team to promote a strong safety culture and oversee daily operational management. - Ensuring familiarity with the manufacturing management system and meeting external audit requirements and daily management standards. - Collaborating with department heads to forecast hourly resources and establish a reasonable workforce based on production schedules and business growth. Qualifications we are looking for: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 12+ years of experience in HR management or generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.,
