About the Role:

We are hiring a versatile and driven HR & Business Development Executive to support our fast-growing IT services team. This role is ideal for freshers interested in a blended profile that includes technical hiring, business development, and day-to-day operations. You’ll be working at the intersection of people, process, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & HR Support:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT roles (developers, QA, designers, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage basic HR documentation.
• Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records.

2. Business Development:

• Identify potential clients needing e-commerce or software development services.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads.
• Assist in preparing proposals, follow-ups, and maintaining records.

3. Operations & Coordination:

• Coordinate between internal departments (HR, Tech, Sales) to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Support in vendor coordination, project documentation, and internal reporting.
• Help manage day-to-day administrative or client-facing operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Interest in IT, recruitment, and operations.
• Good with MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards is a plus.
