HR BPO - Team Lead

You will be responsible for driving high-volume recruitment for the domestic BPO vertical of Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. As a Team Lead BPO Hiring, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and backend domestic BPO roles. - Achieving monthly hiring targets of 300+ candidates through effective planning and execution. - Sourcing candidates through walk-ins, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor coordination. - Collaborating with operations and training departments to understand manpower needs and align hiring plans accordingly. - Conducting initial screenings, interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation processes. - Monitoring and maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring trackers to ensure SLA adherence. - Coordinating and conducting mass hiring events & recruitment drives. - Building a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet future hiring needs. - Working as an individual contributor. Qualifications required for this role include: - Having 3-6 years of experience in bulk hiring for domestic BPOs. - Demonstrating a proven ability to manage a monthly hiring volume of 300+ candidates. - Having no employment gaps in the resume. - Possessing hands-on experience with high-pressure hiring environments and tight deadlines. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Sound knowledge of job portals, social media sourcing, and recruitment tools. - Proficiency in Excel and recruitment tracking systems. Preferred attributes for this role include: - Experience in multi-site or multi-city BPO recruitment. - Team handling or mentorship experience will be an advantage. - Ability to coordinate walk-ins and drive recruitment campaigns independently.
