As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, while also building long-term relationships with new and existing clients to generate business. Effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, will be a key part of your role. Networking by meeting new people and developing strong negotiation skills to close deals will be essential. It will be important to maintain positive professional relationships with clients and monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met. You will need to research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to successful agreements. Understanding the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and market strategies to attract clients will be crucial. Staying updated on the latest industry developments and corporate competitors will also be required. Required skills for this role include communication, interpersonal, negotiation, market research, strategy, business intelligence, networking, and proficiency in computer/PPT. Being well-updated with the current HR market will also be an advantage. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing sales or marketing, sharp negotiation and networking skills, problem-solving skills, and an educational background in business, marketing, or sales. This is a full-time, contractual/temporary position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday in the morning, with the potential for a performance bonus. The work location is in person.,
