Job Description

As a member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in Recruitment and Onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordinating the hiring process. Additionally, you will facilitate new employee orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. It will be your duty to prepare and process new hire paperwork while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. In the domain of Employee Records and Documentation, you will be entrusted with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and personnel files. Upholding compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements will be essential to your role. Your involvement in Benefits Administration will encompass tasks such as aiding in employee benefits enrollment, changes, and communications. You will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leaves, and other HR-related matters. Furthermore, you will support the administration of leave requests, disability accommodations, and various employee benefits programs. Within Employee Relations, you will serve as a resource for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed. Collaborating with the HR team, you will address employee relations matters and work towards providing effective resolutions. Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and activities will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of Compliance and Reporting, you will ensure that HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks are updated and compliant with labor laws. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management, as well as supporting internal and external audits when necessary. As part of HR Projects and Initiatives, you will actively participate in various projects such as performance reviews, training programs, and diversity initiatives. You will assist in organizing employee development programs and fostering a positive work environment. Your support in driving continuous improvement efforts within the HR department will be highly valued.,
