Required Core Competencies

Strong interpersonal communication and comprehension skills.
Details are important to you, and the small things matter. Should have the ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office, Zooms, Emails platform and any other work-related software or applications.
Has a strong drive to learn and overcome challenges.
Result oriented.
Display the highest standard of ethical conduct and integrity.
He/she understands shifting priorities, is comfortable navigating through ambiguous situations, and can juggle multiple and varied projects simultaneously.
Have good administrative, organizing, and problem-solving skills.

What does the HR Associate do

Learn about main HR functions and processes.
Attend book clubs, learning sessions, and meetings to understand the company culture.
Develop an understanding of the company s culture and business through various learning available in the company and people.
Support people s growth by advocating and driving the culture of the company.
Develop an understanding of HR Policies and Procedures (different SOPs, handbook policy, NDA/NCA etc).
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
Develop an understanding of Chillibreezes Recruiting beliefs, practices, and filtering for fit process.
Assist in recruitment activities such as administrative work in ATS tools, scheduling interviews, and job openings.
Learn and develop basic skills in Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Loop.
Learns to communicate effectively with colleagues verbally and in writing through different types of tools like TEAMS, email, Loop, while still using Grammarly or AI tools to improve effective written communication.
