Position: HR Assistant

Location: Work from Home (Candidates must be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad)

Shift: 24x7 (Primarily Night Shift)

Experience: 0.6 Years to 1 Years

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in relevant roles
  • Immediate joiners only

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage time and attendance matters across multiple buildings
  • Handle trouble ticket queues for time and attendance issues
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and reliable data entry
  • Resolve incoming inquiries related to time and attendance
  • Understand attendance policies, employee groups, and applicable laws
  • Report directly to the Time and Attendance Manager or POC

Its a remote work (24X7) but candidate has to be from Bangalore or Hyderabad. They will be collecting laptop from Hyderabad and Bangalore

6 month to 1 year exp in ticket queries for time and attendance issues, resolving queries related to time and attendance , reliable data entry , Understanding of policies
